X Funding offers a performance evaluation environment for traders. Participants engage in structured trading assessments (“Challenges”) designed to measure trading skill, consistency, and risk management. All activities, statistics, and results are for educational and analytical purposes only and do not represent actual financial investment, brokerage activity, or profit distribution.

Participants must:

1. Be 18 years or older.

2. Agree to comply with all platform rules and guidelines.

3. Provide accurate registration details and maintain only one account per participant.

We currently offer the following plans: 

Fees are non-refundable once the challenge begins. Each plan includes access to the same trading conditions, with differences only in account size and scaling potential.

To ensure fairness and performance integrity, all traders must comply with the following guidelines:

(a) Daily & Overall Drawdown

Maximum daily drawdown: 5%

Maximum total drawdown: 10%

(b) Risk and Consistency

Maximum lot exposure limits apply based on account size.

Consistency across trading days is encouraged for evaluation accuracy.

(c) Toxic Flow & Hedging

Toxic trading flow, defined as latency arbitrage, tick manipulation, or exploit-based trading, is strictly prohibited.

Hedging between multiple accounts, prop firms, or across correlated instruments to manipulate exposure is not allowed.

(d) High-Frequency & News Trading

Trades executed within the same minute of high-impact economic releases may be restricted.

Scalping within the same minute (in/out trades under 60 seconds) can trigger review.

(e) IP & Device Policy

Each trader is permitted one IP and one device per account.

Shared IPs or VPNs simulating multiple identities will lead to account suspension.

(f) Trading Hours & Instruments

Only permitted instruments on the platform may be used.

Weekend trading or holding trades during system maintenance is not advised.

X Funding reserves the right to review trading data for compliance with the above rules. Any violation — intentional or unintentional — may result in challenge disqualification or account termination without refund.

All platform materials, content, and structure are proprietary to X Funding. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify any part of the platform without written consent.

X Funding is an educational and analytical platform.

We do not:

1. Provide financial advice or investment management.

2. Offer profit sharing, live fund management, or brokerage services.

All data and results are virtual representations for skill assessment.

We respect user privacy. IP tracking and activity monitoring are used only for security and compliance purposes. All collected data is stored securely and not shared with third parties except as required by law.

X Funding aligns its structure and ethics with global performance evaluation platforms. However, X Funding remains independent and may implement unique evaluation metrics or stricter compliance policies.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of major changes through the website or email.
